Banking Organizer Support and checks back office management MF

Your daily

In an interbank context, within the joint company 2sequence financière, you will have as tasks, for all 3 partner banks (BNP Paribas, Société Générale, Crédit mutuel & CIC), to:

  • In the project phase (depending on the date of taking up the position):
    • a. Participate in the user acceptance testing (AMOA): preparation and passage of testing cases, analysis of anomalies...
    • b. Contribute to the drafting of procedures, operating procedures, user guides for the BO 2sequence financier, service providers and partner banks
    • c. Accompany the conduct of the change with the various stakeholders
    • d. Participate in the building of the various run reports and tools for piloting the activity
  • Running:
    • a. Operational support:
      • i. Ensure the processing of partner bank claims in times-out (via Sara tool)
      • ii. Process back office transactions (checks in anomaly, out of scope, etc., reported by the CTCs 2finance sequence)
    • b. Flow control and production monitoring:
      • i. Ensure the proper monitoring of the exchanged flows and ensure that the flows are logged in in anomalies and take the necessary corrective actions in connection with your Manager
      • ii. Tracking transport flow exchanges between financial sequence providers and partner bank networks
      • iii. Report daily via a "morning check" and an "evening check" presenting a production inventory of fixtures (volumes, incidents, SLA...) to stakeholders
      • iv. Contribute to the resolution of incidents with different stakeholders (IT 2finance sequence, external contractors, partner banks)
    • c. Control of providers:
      • i. Ensure daily monitoring of providers (check processing/transport) and take the necessary actions in case of an incident related to your Manager and providers
      • ii. Provide first-level controls on deliverables and initiate corrective action plans as required
      • iii. Participate in vendor business audits and preparation
      • iv. Participate in operational monitoring committees and their preparation
    • d. Contribute to the improvement of tools and/or processes as part of continuous improvement.

This mission will allow you to be at the heart of the creation of a structure unseen in France.

This position will provide you with experience in setting up and structuring a multi-bank business in the fiduciary and electronic payment sector. You will be asked to:

  • Develop your skills:
    • managing complex transformation projects with 3 different banks by helping to implemente the deployment and production release of payment method processing
    • in the management of outsourced services with a high customer stake (check processing)
  • Develop your network by working on a daily basis with many partners (project managers, multi-bank experts, external contractors...) in an interbank environment

Your team

The use of banking services is changing and, while the use of checks and cash is steadily declining, the availability of banking services linked to their use remains a necessity for the French.

In 2021, the banks BNP Paribas, Crédit mutuel & CIC and Société Générale launched a study and then a project to strengthen and mutualize their respective Teller cash dispensers (teller cash dispenser) and Automated Banking Machines (automated teller machines), which culminated in the creation of the joint company 2sequence financière.

Within this company, the "back office" check team, which will eventually consist of 4 employees, has the following tasks:

  • in the build phase: to pilot the whole check processing project and operationally implement the 2sequence financial check processes, in order to meet the requirements of the partner banks
  • in the run phase: to manage the entire production process and ensure its proper functioning

Transverse Pilotage and Deployment Project Manager MF

Are you interested in steering an ambitious project with a very high visibility, do you have a knowledge of retail banking?

The banks BNP Paribas, Crédit mutuel & CIC and Société Générale have embarked on a major project: to pool all their automata on French territory in order to facilitate access to their customers and optimize their management.
This project has three main objectives:

  • Significantly increase the proximity offer for bank group customers through the pooling of ATMs
  • Sustaining the banking self-service to which the French are attached in both urban and rural areas
  • Respond to the new expectations and needs of their private, professional and business customers, in particular through the modernization of the automation fleet

In this context, the 3 banking groups have created the 2SF joint venture, which aims to offer a common comprehensive offer for banknotes (withdrawal and deposit), currency (withdrawal and deposit) and bank checks (deposit) on ATMs, as well as banking self-service and specific services for customers of the 3 groups.

Concretely your daily life?

You will join a dynamic and fast-growing multi-bank team in a stimulating environment and take part in the transformation of the fiduciary sector in France.

Your assignments will lead you to ensure in tandem the transverse management of the project, to secure the key stages of the program, you will be the privileged interlocutor of the Directors of Program Banks. You will contribute to effective collaboration with them. You will be actively involved in sharing information within 2SF.

The team

You will join the team in charge of the project management and the deployment strategy. This depends on the COO (Chief Operations Officer) in charge of many transversal activities. You will be in pairs with the manager of Project Management and Deployment Strategy (PMO). You will be in close contact with all 2SF Project Managers and the program teams of the partner banks.
Your offices will be located in Saint-Denis (93) near the Stade de France.

Concretely your daily life?

You will join the 2SF IT team as project manager responsible for interbank coordination of IT services. The complex, high-resilience 2SF IS is outsourced to CMIC Group's IT subsidiary, Euro-information; it is interfaced with the IT of the 3 banks as well as with many suppliers.

Your experience in the management of IT projects, acquired on complex and multi-actor projects, will allow you to evolve on the different missions of 2SF IT.

  • Responsibility for a portfolio of projects or a version
  • Cross-functional management of the IT roadmap, from demand management to the implementation project and its schedule;
  • Management of user qualifications (2SF or Banking)

You will be brought, on each of these missions,

  • coordinating all the IT entities involved - Euro-information, the IT of the partner banks and the other providers,
  • to supervise and steer the progress of 2SF business projects (ATM customer pathways, Helpdesk & Monitoring, fiduciaryMonetics back-office, checks, Geomarketing, Communication, Finance, ATM Deployment),
  • be the guarantor of the good performance of the planning, and to raiseconsolidate project risks
  • organize qualification sessions with all stakeholders, consolidate and monitor its progress and anomalies
  • pilot IT budget of project portfolioversion, challenge financial offers Euro-information
  • propose relevant industrial methodologies and organizations as a result of an interbank organization
  • while ensuring a clear and up-to-date vision of the project with 2SF management and the Sponsors.
