You are BNP Paribas, Crédit Mutuel, CIC or SG^** customers? You can do free withdrawals in all Cash Services ATMs.
Simply insert your card or, better yet, drop it on the contactless slot and follow the instructions on the screen.

The maximum withdrawal amount

The limit is set by you and your bank! You can withdraw as many times and as much money as your balance and banking authorization allow.

Dynamic Currency Conversion

Do you have an international card (outside the Euro zone)? You can withdraw cash in euros without worrying about hidden fees: thanks to Dynamic Currency Conversion, the exchange rate and transaction cost in your currency are displayed in complete transparency.

We accept all your bank cards and the most common credit cards.

Are you a BNP Paribas, Crédit mutuel, CIC or SG^** customer? You can deposit your banknotes in a large number of Cash Services ATMs. According to the ATM, 2 possibilities are available to you:

Counted banknotes deposit

You deposit your money, in bulk, in a hatch of the ATM. They are automatically counted and you are given a ticket. The deposit is credited immediately.

Uncounted banknotes deposit

You specify the deposit amount. Two tickets specifying the context of your deposit (account, amount) are printed. One is to be inserted in an envelope with your banknotes, which you then drop into a hatch. The other will be your transaction receipt. The deposit will be credited to your account within a few days.

Are you a customer of one of our 4 partner banks^**? You can deposit your cheques in a large number of Cash Services ATMs. According to the ATM, 3 possibilities are available to you:

Valued cheque deposit at an ATM

• You deposit your cheques directly into the machine without a slip.
• Checks are scanned and captured by the machine.
• If you wish, you can print out a receipt ticket.

Non-automated cheque deposit

• You insert a QRcode ticket or a remittance slip in an envelope with your cheque.
• Remittance slips are available at branches equipped with Cash Services ATMs.

Non-recovered cheque deposit

• The cheque is deposited in an envelope with a remittance slip and then inserted into the box provided for this purpose.
• Empty remittance slips and envelopes available near the ballot boxes.

Are you a customer of one of our 4 partner banks^**? Deposit your currency in all Cash Services points of interest. Depending on the machine, you have 2 options:

• On connected ATMs, simply insert your coins. The machine counts and sorts them for you. Invalid coins are rejected, counterfeits are captured, and a receipt is printed out.
• On non-connected machines, you deposit your coin pouch together with the deposit slip.

Are you a customer of one of our 4 partner banks?^** Withdraw loose change or change in rolls from most of our ATMs. Select your account, the amount you want and that's it! The machine will dispense the coins in the format that suits you, along with a receipt. Most of our cash machines also dispense €5 notes.
