All French and foreign customers can make withdrawals from Cash Services ATMs. Withdrawals are free of charge for customers of partner banks (BNP Paribas, Crédit mutuel, CIC and SG) or one of their subsidiary or brand (Hello Bank, Monabanq, Franfinance, Beobank and Targobank).

What are the advantages of Cash Services for customers of partner banks?
During 2026, you will benefit from a greater number of ATMs to carry out your banking transactions, in particular cash withdrawal, cash deposit and check deposits. You will be able to continue to carry out other banking transactions (e.g. account consultation) under the same conditions as before the implementation of Cash Services. Finally, withdrawals will be free from all Cash Services machines.

If your banknotes have not been delivered (all or part of them), there are 2 possible causes:
- the ATM captures bills that have not been withdrawn after a certain period of time,
- a technical problem with the ATM (very rare),
The first thing to do: as soon as possible, get in touch with your bank. The refund of the withdrawal will be made to you as soon as possible and after verification.
